Questions
What are credits?+
Credits are the unit we use to measure usage across all features. A standard chat message costs 10 credits. Web search costs 25, deep research costs 100, and content generation costs 50. This lets you use Jettson however fits your workflow — heavy research, lots of chat, or a mix.
What happens when I hit my limit?+
On the free plan, you get 250 credits per day. Once you hit the limit, you can upgrade or wait until the next day. Paid plans have monthly credit pools that reset on your billing date.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Studio dashboard. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a refund policy?+
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of upgrading, contact support@jettson.ai for a full refund.
