How does usage work?+
Each plan has a monthly cap on chat messages plus separate monthly caps on deep-research queries and content posts. Free is daily-capped at 25 messages; paid plans use monthly caps that reset on your billing date (Pro: 3000 messages + 30 deep-research + 50 content; Ultra: 15000 messages + 150 deep-research + 250 content). The "credits" number on each plan card is the same allowance expressed in a single comparable unit.
What happens when I hit my limit?+
On the free plan you get 25 chat messages per day. Once you hit the daily cap you can upgrade or wait until the next day. Paid plans hit the cap monthly — when you reach it you can buy a refill pack or upgrade. Deep-research and content quotas are tracked separately, so a heavy research week doesn't burn down your chat allowance and vice versa.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Studio dashboard. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a refund policy?+
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. EU/EEA customers have a 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law.
