Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Our commitment

RWX-TEK INC ("Jettson") is committed to making jettson.ai, the Jettson web app, and our Mac/Windows clients accessible to people with disabilities. We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which align with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Conformance status

Jettson is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform. We are actively improving accessibility and treat any conformance gap as a bug.

We test using a combination of automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard-only and screen-reader review (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, NVDA on Windows).

Our approach

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We continuously audit and improve the accessibility of our site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact accessibility@jettson.ai and we'll address it as quickly as possible.

Known limitations

We are aware of and actively working on the following:

  • Some legacy marketing pages use low-contrast neutral grays on dark backgrounds — we are auditing each surface to meet the 4.5:1 body-text and 3:1 large-text contrast ratios.
  • The artifact preview iframe (auto-generated UI) may not be fully accessible because it renders user-generated content. We disclose this on the artifact panel.
  • Animations are not yet honored by prefers-reduced-motion on every page. We are wiring this in as part of our 2026 accessibility roadmap.

Assistive technology compatibility

Jettson is designed to work with the latest versions of:

  • VoiceOver (macOS Sonoma+, iOS 17+)
  • NVDA (Windows 10+)
  • JAWS (Windows 10+)
  • TalkBack (Android — when the mobile app ships)
  • Browser zoom up to 200%
  • OS-level high-contrast and dark/light mode

Reporting an accessibility issue

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Jettson. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please email accessibility@jettson.ai with:

  • The page or feature where you encountered the issue.
  • The assistive technology and browser or OS you were using.
  • A description of the barrier and any workaround you tried.

We aim to respond within two business days and to remediate critical barriers within 30 days.

Requests for accommodations

If you need an alternative format of any document or transcript of any video/audio content, contact accessibility@jettson.ai and we will provide it free of charge.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the ADA, or with your state attorney general's office. EU residents may contact their national supervisory authority for digital accessibility under the EAA.
