Jettson is your personal assistant — type what you need help with (in plain English) and it gets it done. Email, scheduling, writing, reminders, research, all of it.

Yes. The free plan gives you 25 messages per day (250 credits). If you want more, Pro is $29/month for 30,000 credits per month and Ultra is $99/month for 150,000 credits per month. No credit card required to start.

No. If you can text a friend, you can use Jettson. There's nothing to set up, no settings to configure. Sign up and start chatting.

Try one of the starter prompts on the welcome screen — "Plan my day," "Write an email," "Set a reminder," or "Surprise me." Tap one and Jettson will start the conversation. There's no wrong way to use it.

Just type. There's no special command, no keyword. "Help me write a thank-you note to my niece" works. So does "What's a good gift for someone who loves gardening?" Treat it like texting a smart friend.

Yes. Tap the + button next to the message box and pick a file. Jettson can read PDFs, images, Word documents, and plain text. Files up to 10 MB.

Most replies arrive in 5–15 seconds. If it's longer, Jettson is probably doing something more involved — like reading a document or browsing the web. The dots under your message tell you it's working.

If you see an amber notice that says "Couldn't find Jettson's reply," tap "Ask again" to resend. If errors keep happening, check your internet connection or contact support@jettson.ai.

Tap the Copy button under any reply to copy it to your clipboard. You can also tap Read aloud to have Jettson speak it back to you.

Hold (long-press) any of Jettson's messages for about half a second. A small popup appears with 👍 Helpful, 👎 Not helpful, and ❤️ Love it. This helps Jettson learn what you prefer.

Free: 25 messages per day (250 credits), resets at midnight. Pro: 30,000 credits per month. Ultra: 150,000 credits per month. You can see your remaining usage in Settings → Usage at any time.

Open Settings (gear icon) and tap "Upgrade." Pick a plan, enter payment info — Stripe handles checkout securely. The change takes effect immediately.

Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no surprise charges.

Settings → Support → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your chats, reminders, and personal data within 30 days. Once it's gone, it's gone.

On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link. The link works for 1 hour.

No — you can use Jettson entirely on jettson.ai in any browser. The Mac app adds extras: voice replies, files saved straight to your Desktop, system-wide shortcuts. Worth it if you use Jettson daily.

Sign in to jettson.ai, then go to /download/mac and click Download. Open the .dmg file in your Downloads folder, drag Jettson to your Applications folder, and double-click to open.

Right-click (or Control-click) the app icon, choose Open from the menu, then click Open in the dialog. You only have to do this once. The app is signed and notarized — this is just macOS being cautious with new apps.

Quit the app fully (right-click the dock icon → Quit), then reopen it. If it still won't open, restart your Mac. If it still doesn't work, email support@jettson.ai with what version of macOS you're running.

Private Mode (Mac app only, macOS 26+) runs Jettson entirely on your Mac using Apple's on-device AI — nothing leaves the device. Cloud Jettson (the default, also what jettson.ai and Telegram use) talks to enterprise-tier API partners over an encrypted connection. Both protect your data; Private Mode just means the data physically stays on your computer.

No. Telegram messages always pass through Telegram's servers — that's how Telegram bots work. So even when Jettson processes them, the message itself reached our cloud through Telegram first. If you need a message to truly stay on your device, use the Mac app with Private Mode on.

Yes. Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-tier API providers (Anthropic, Google) under their data protection agreements. Your data is never used to train AI models — ours or theirs.

No. Your chats are tied to your account and only visible to you. Even Jettson staff can't read them without your explicit permission (e.g., if you email support and share a screenshot).

Within 30 days: every chat, every reminder, every connected integration is permanently removed from our database. We keep minimal billing records as required by law (typically 7 years), but those don't include any chat content.

Yes — within a chat thread. If you start a new chat, Jettson starts fresh. You can also explicitly tell it to remember something ("remember that my niece's birthday is March 12") and it will save that to your personal memory.

Settings → Integrations → Gmail → Connect. Sign in with Google and grant Jettson permission to read and send email on your behalf. You can disconnect anytime.

Settings → Integrations → Telegram → Connect. You'll get a one-tap link to a private Telegram bot. Once paired, set reminders in chat and they'll arrive on Telegram.

Yes — open jettson.ai in your phone's browser and sign in. Add it to your home screen for an app-like feel. A native iOS app is coming.
